This is happening to me too. My game was working normally with my Sims plants in their beds. Once I added their first greenhouse to move some into. The older beds are still working, however the new beds I added along with the expansion are the ones in buggy distress. I have tried to restart the game, computer, and tried repair, but that has not solved the problem.
The weird thing is I have kept two beds outside, one new and older, the new one is also having the problem but this certainly happened since after making the greenhouse. That may not be weird, but it is annoying, because this was supposed to be a simple expansion to my Sim's flower-arranging business as she needed. I was switching her into pottery anyway, but this is a distraction of my thinking process.
