When i click adopt the sim just picks uo the dog and puts it down, ive tried on different worlds, loaded games, and new games, different houses etc. so it dosent seem to be a mods issue, this started...

Yes, i've experienced this too. Any action that involves holding an animal doesn't work. I'ts been almost a month and it still is not fixed.
