[CD] Floating Lightboxes Beside Club Calico in Brindleton Bay

As seen in the photo above, these lightboxes are floating in near the highway beside Club Calico in Brindleton Bay. I tried repairing the game in EA app and starting a new save - same issue.

Lamp posts are also missing their posts.

Update: It seems that the issue is tied with the View Distance in Graphics setting. When I changed the View Distance to High, this entire building showed up. These structures do not show when View Distance is set to Low, as can be seen in the first two pictures.
