As seen in the photo above, these lightboxes are floating in near the highway beside Club Calico in Brindleton Bay. I tried repairing the game in EA app and starting a new save - same issue.

Lamp posts are also missing their posts. Same place as aforementioned.
Update: It seems that the issue is tied with the View Distance setting. When I changed the View Distance to High, this entire building showed up. These do not show when View Distance is set to Low.
