[CD] [GTW] Retail worker/vets don't spawn for business as customer/Can't buy

Same! I have several owned retail lots and employees will not show up and sale items have the for sale tag if you hover, but after that there is no way to click for actually purchasing.  I have rotated through all Sim households that own retail, gone on site to hire new employees and open the businesses.  everything works! Employees show up, NPCs and other household members buy items and all is well.  But to go visit any of these owned lots…nothing works and NO ONE SHOWS UP.  Please pleas fix this sadness.
