[CD] [GTW] Retail worker/vets don't spawn for business as customer/Can't buy

I created a mall in the sims 4, just a mini one with a restaurant. And none of the cashiers, or employees showed up and no patrons. I made it at retail lot and then changed it to just a general commu...

In my game, employees no longer come to the trading lots since the patch on February 25, 2025.

I can't buy any marked goods either. I click on it and no window opens with the option to buy it. There are no more loafers or other shoppers on the trading lot. Nobody is there except my Sims.

No mods, no CC, PC
