Kitten was in bathroom and trying to have adult sim shower in same bathroom. All options on shower were grayed out except for clean, and when hovering was given something along the lines of unable to shower in front of children. There is a child on the lot but they are asleep in a bed in a separate room. I called the kitten to a different room and once it left the bathroom, I was able to select different shower options for my adult sim.
