I am Japanese. I am using a translation to write the text, so the text may not be correct. My apologies.
I am playing sims4 on ps4 and I can't play with my dog.
⚫︎ When I select "Play", a "?" balloon appears above the sim's head and won't take action.
⚫︎When I select "Go get it", a "cross on footprints" balloon appears above the sim's head and it won't act.
I thought the room might not be big enough, so I made the room and yard bigger, but he still cannot play "fetch and go.
When I went to the park and played "fetch," I could do it, but when I played "fetch" at home, I still could not do it.
I couldn't run "Play" at home or in the park.
Is it a bug? Are there any possible causes? Also, is there any way to fix this?
I have tried saving the dog to the gallery and placing it in the game again, but that did not fix it.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
