I think I figured something out that may help some people with this.. I noticed some pets were running off of the vet table as their needs were too low to treat them - I have some mods, so used them to fill the pets needs (shift click, make happy - I think it’s carls mod), and then they stayed on the exam table. Hope this helps! :)
