[CD] Sims don't do 'Feel the love', Hug or Kiss animation with cats/small dogs

I cannot feel the love with small dogs for some reason. Not sure if it also for cats...didnt check. Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

My Sims have been getting stuck while performing any interaction that includes holding pets. They won't put the pet down without help and will never move on. This includes "pick up", "kiss", "hug", "feel the love", and so on.

I also had this issue with the "Adopt" interaction. The interaction never completed, so it's impossible to add new pets to the household without adding them in CAS
