[CD] Sims don't do 'Feel the love', Hug or Kiss animation with cats/small dogs

I cannot feel the love with small dogs for some reason. Not sure if it also for cats...didnt check.  Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title

When my sim does a hug interaction they get stuck in it. The only way out of it is to cancel the action. This includes when you try to adopt a new pet as this includes the hug interaction.
