Certain hairstyle become short

I have noticed some of my sims going bald. When i'm entering with then to the cas, its fixing it but still.. i have to make it with which of them?... I DONT USE CC OR MODS, this hairstyle is from the...
create a sim
live mode
never cc or mods

I had this bug happen again today so have messaged with a link to my save file [Subject: Requested Save File - "Certain hairstyle become short" bug].

It was another paparazzi with neutral black hair.
