I built a building a few days ago by inserting the sliding window Bonaniv (in French).
After the update of May 27, at the opening of the game a message informs me that two elements are not present in my game: this window (well present in my game in building mode) but missing in two places on the building.
No mods in my game, Moveobjects was not activated.
Just to be sure (my English is far from perfect) it’s not the Cha Cha sliding window that is missing in my game, but another model.
Do you have all sizes missing ? One thread is fine, we don't need a thread for each sliding door that's missing.
I'd say it's the HBD Sliding door. I do have that for medium and short. Not sure if there's a tall version as the medium one seems to be called tall.
Can you replace it from build mode ? Do you mean the window or the door ?

This is the small size that no longer appeared on the construction, all sizes are present in my catalog
Sorry for that, i'ts a door. Only small and medium, I was able to reposition the door from the construction mode
So I placed your building, then moved someone in and loaded the save. The doors stay put for me. No message.

2. The missing door's price was 50 simoleon?I notice one swatch disappears from doors category in Buil/Buy mode, that is blue and 50 price. However it wasn't called 'Cha Cha', but I'm not sure if it was 'HBD'.

Did you test the uploaded build and does the door disappear for you ?
The HBD door had an issue with a duplicate swatch they maybe fixed (need to check that later) but I can't duplicate the issue in my game with the uploaded build. Door stays for me.
The Cha Cha issue is different. There's a size missing (from the catalog as well). They added that a while back and now it's gone.

Someone in the comments of the anther thread said it was a door that was recently added.
I haven't tested yet the door in the house uploaded by the OP disappears.

The colour of the missing door is not blue but white.
It is present in the catalog, but disappeared from the building at the opening of the game.
Its price is 50 §
On the building that I shared in gallery the door no longer disappears, I made color exchanges to return to white.

I tried to check your Lot.
I downloaded from Gallery in game. I saw the following notification and sliding door is missing.
I tested with using data from the last save date is 2024/December. The data has the door that I said in before comment. Also my build lost the sliding door with pop up notification.
Your missing door is below pic ①, and my missing door is below pic ②. It looks like same door for me...

This is the default model of door that I had installed on the construction, so white and small size, which is called Bonaniv in French, came with an update (available in blue in construction mode)
I mixed the different buildings in my library yesterday when loading on the gallery. I mistakenly shared the building that I managed to fix (by installing a different color, then modifying it to get the rendering I wanted).

The cha cha door had two different doors for the short wall I believe. One of them as added cause people wanted the short be the same height as other doors. That one was called: Cha Cha Mostly Tall
This one is now completely missing from the game - no matter the swatch.
The door this one is about HDB (or Bonaniv) in french is available in the catalog, but maybe not all the swatches anymore ? Anyways, with the new version (the one you tested), the door disappears. With a different swatch it stays. It is very possible that this particular swatch was removed, either because it was faulty as per the collection thread or cause it's simply not there anymore - which is unclear at this point.
What's the name of the door you're missing in your language ?
EDIT: No, that other report has nothing to do with it. That's about the icon being wrong. The grey half-icon is blue instead of grey. I see the same amount of swatches than show in that pic.
EDIT EDIT: Build a house with all the 16 swatches currently available and none got removed for me. The door did get removed on that broken version. Very weird. That pic from 2 month ago also has 16 swatches.

I've been using the English version for a few years now, so I don't know how it was written in my native language.
I just noticed one thing.
The pic I attached here (there's door) was taken in December 2024. And the HBD series build objects were dropped in SDX in February 2025.
I don't know when the OP of this thread or the posters in the aother thread built their build, but what's clear is that the door that disappeared in my build is not from the HBD series.I don't remember the name of the door, but I can say with certainty that the default color in catalogue of the door I used that disappeared this time wasn't white. (If it mean swatch is color pattern for you, I'm so sorry for confusion.)
Theoretically, I think it's natural that an object with no data will disappear, and if it's replaced with one that exists in the updated data, it's natural that the object won't disappear.
So I think it's important to know whether the door that disappeared in this thread was an HBD series door. Also, only one type of sliding door for the short wall of the HBD series in Feb/2025 SDX have been added, I think.
Crin sent me the broken lot to test in my install that hasn't been updated. It's on patch 1.114.46. I do have the HBD door, with 16 swatches, in the catalog.
I got the missing items warning, but I don't own every pack, so it's not indicative of anything. The two doors leading out to the balconies were both the Cha Cha Mostly Tall Sliding Door, white swatch, not the HBD door.

In your test (with old update version install), the door to the balcony at 2nd floor did not disappear. But that door's name was Cha Cha Mostly Tall Sliding Door, and white swatch.
It was clear that it was not an HBD series door.
But the color of the swatch was white.
In that data, was there even one Swatch sliding door that was not white in the catalog? The price of that door was 50.
It was a very cheap sliding door, so I remember thinking when I saw the name that it was because it was not a Cha Cha series door.
Well, well...Sorry, never mind. This is just my desire to clear up my confusion.
So, it seems that this thread was a report of the same problem as the another thread. My goal has been achieved.

Below is a photo of the sliding doors HDB and Cha Cha, they look similar but are still quite different.
I renovated this building myself as part of a challenge with a limited budget.
So I am sure to have installed the door HDB with the basic color not only it corresponds to the aspect that I wanted, but above all it is much less expensive.On this picture, the 1st door is the HDB one (50 §), the second one is Cha Cha (140 §).
However, I have no problem with this concern being treated as identical to that encountered by other players with the Cha Cha door. I just wanted to point that out.
sirhc59 I was referring to the "Cha Cha Mostly Tall Sliding Door," which is a different door entirely and is currently missing from the catalog on patch 1.115. (I suppose that was the original bug being discussed before your posts were split into their own thread?) It's still present on 1.114 though, which is where I tested your build and where I got this screenshot:
The Mostly Tall variant is on the right; the HBD is on the left; the regular Cha Cha door is in between the two. As you can see, the Mostly Tall door is also §50 and looks more similar to the HBD door than the shorter Cha Cha door does.
When I tested your build on patch 1.114, the door on the right appeared twice on the second floor. When I tested it on 1.115, the two doors on the second floor were missing entirely—the game didn't replace them with anything.
I don't know what you built, since I wasn't there, but it does really seem like you might have used the Mostly Tall door, which is now not in the game and would therefore be removed from your build.

I had created a different subject than the Cha Cha doors, precisely because I had used the HDB doors, like the majority of windows placed on the building (I like to use only one range when I build).
This topic was first merged and then refocused.
It is possible "that it seems that..." but I have behind me a certain number of hours of construction which allows me not to doubt what I am doing.

Yes, there are HBD door & Cha Cha door in your build, puzzlezaddict mentioned above, and also mentioned that the door to balcony's name was Cha Cha Mostly sliding door. But you are sure that the door you installed was HBD. This is what is weird point.
Whether the door that disappeared is an HBD door or a Cha Cha makes a big difference as a bug.
As I wrote in a comment a while ago,, there is a big difference between disappearing an object having its information and disappearing an object not having its information.
Therefore, team will not be able to investigate it as a bug unless we clarify whether it is HBD or Cha Cha.
One thing I think is that the name of the door that disappeared was wrong and was renamed to Cha Cha at some point.
There had been only one type of HBD sliding door added for short walls. And the door that disappeared existed in the data before the HBD series was introduced. That's all I can say for now.Thanks for providing the image.
The door I used is the very right door. I just can't remember the name, and the default color shown in the catalog was the blue-ish color in the top left of the color sample. It's possible that the sample was revised in an update at some point, and the name may have changed at that time. It's entirely possible that I'm just imagining things, though.
If possible, could you check my data that I made on Dec/2024 (before HBD was introduced) with an older version?
