JonaO703 here it is Sept 8, 2025 and I am currently playing Sims 4 on the PS4 and I can say the lowering the skills cheat still doesn't work. Unfortunately, my toddler maxed her movement skill before I could get the "Learn to Run" thanks to a glitch that was caused before I even started playing, now she won't get her milestone or show she maxed the movement skill! Very disheartening to see it's still happening with no fix in sight.
