Female sims now peeing while standing up

There's a bug report at AHQ for this and EA is looking for saves: Female sims now peeing while standing up

Please send yours as per instruction in the thread.

I'm not even sure what to say about this one. Female sim who can't use the toilet standing, is currently standing while going toilet during a wedding.

No mods or cc, repaired game just before playing.

Just out of nowhere the Female Sims are standing while peeing. 
why? I never saw this before. 
and now almost every Women are standing while peeing. 
i looked in CAS and it isn‘t activated. 
please fix it, it‘s annoying!
I‘m playing without Mods and CC since a few days, because of the new pack. I always take out my Mods when a new pack comes, because i want to play the Pack and find out whats new, but the Bugs are horrible. 
I also added 2 Screenshots of it. 

Female sim Peed standing I know it wasn’t selected when I made her and the interaction with the toilet wasn’t even in her queue I couldn’t cancel it just had to wait for her to stop I’m playing on console and reporting on a different device so I’m not able to share my save But it’s a new save obviously no mods and Cheats aren’t even active 

I just have no words for the crazy going on in my game so I am going to let the picture speak for itself.

As soon as she finished in the first picture she left the room and then immediately went back to relieve herself since the first time was pointless and did nothing towards emptying her bladder. 

I checked in cas and it says that she "cannot" pee while standing up. Definitely the first time I have seen this happen. No mods or cc and game is fully updated. 

I read through the posts and followed the link for instructions on sending a save file and I saw a post that said that they were able to reproduce the female standing while peeing and they're looking for ones with men. So should I assume my post was just moved her for categorizing purposes?
