[CL] Adjacent apartment unit's ceiling always showing in cutaway/walls down

At 701 Zenview, in cutaway view, when zoomed out & clicking to focus on my sim, the ceiling of the adjacent unit doesn't disappear. The problem is much more noticeable/annoying in walls down view, but I rarely use that. In both views I expect the ceiling to disappear. To date I've only tested this in a few San Myshuno apartments. I typically play with mods, but took them out to test another issue, so I have tested this issue with & without mods (but with CC). To recreate:

Play any apartment in San Myshuno with 2+ sims
Choose cutaway or walls down view and zoom out
Click on either sim so that cutaway walls disappear for selected sim, noting ceiling behaviour of adjacent apartment

701 zenview3.png: blue arrow shows the ceiling/wall weirdness, & orange arrow shows the direction my sims are in -- so obviously it's not actually cutting away to help me see them. I can also still highlight/interact with sims and objects through the ceiling. As far as I can tell this started the day after the February 25th patch (I hadn't played in an apartment for a while before this), and my current game version is 1.113.277.1030.

I have the same bug in Evergreen Harbor/ San Myshuno. Please please please fix this EA. I only play in apartments.

This time the apartment hiders are now broken in the way that no matter the angle, the ceiling is always up. It's meant to be up when you're not looking through it. It works fine in the Ungreeted Player situations when visiting a neighbouring apartment and being in the ungreeted status, then the covers work correctly: going down once you view them a certain way with the walls instead of floating.
I tested this on a vanilla save as well since the image shows an edited apartment building and that has nothing to do with the issue, unfortunately. Vanilla issue 100% Probably to do with Businesses & Hobbies adding new plexes

hayllstorm nikkifloor1992 It seems this is affecting all the CL apartment venue apartments. I see it too and it wasn't like that before. The ceiling would disappear altogether when the walls were down all the way or in cutaway view. I'm not sure when it began though but it must have been in one of the updates since the Jan 28 update which the as close as I can pinpoint it.
