Well this quite a long time the problem is when I renovate apartment and then go to the menu the apartments next to the renovated are all on zero and unfurnished.
This happen in a new Save File so it's not caused because somebody lived there and died.
Example Cullpepper 19 - I renovated it than every other apartment is like unfurnished and 0.If you want to move in the option furnished is greyed out. So after I renovated Cullpepper 19 I got to renovate Cullpepper 20 and after that the fresh renovated 19 is shown unfurnished and to 0.
This happen to all apartments.
I Specially started a new Save to see if my older saves was corrupted but it happen in a new modfree Save.
You can test it yourself - start a new file go and renovated one apartment then you will see the neighbor apartments go to 0.
I hope this will be fixed because if you are renovating a lot of apartments and want sims to move in you have to circle because of the unfurnished 0 simoleons issue.
In the Pictures you can see a example in Evergreen Harbor. I renovated the apartment where my Test Sim is living and the one next door turn to 0. So I go to the 0 in build buy and (of course we see it's furnished) I buy a clock and go out - Now my Test Sim try to move to the apartment which was before 0 - now it is furnished BUT !! now it shows me I can't sell my furniture because Im not having any ?!
So the bug occurs in circle.
As I said brand new Save File - No Mods - repaired Game and even with a new Sims 4 Folder.I t happen again and again
