Update 2025/01/30
EA has implemented a non-fix for this. This means that the items are no invisible (most of them) but still there. The overlapping festivals seem fixed but the objects are not....

Sorry I am just...really confused now...so is it safe to occupy and play in apartments, penthouses and dorms?
Not really.
You can't see the problem anymore in the game but it's still happening. So it can cause save game bloating.
