Events like Flea Market and/or Spice Festival are not working. Sim(s) arrive to the event location and the event timer works but there are no vendors, stalls, decorations or anything for that matter ...

crinrict I just experienced the same issue. It is the first time I had issues with City living events. I never played with mods/cc. During the flea market, no objects etc. appeared.
At 11:48 am during the event, no objects, vendors etc. exist at the flea market
in what world does your Sim live ?
