Events like Flea Market and/or Spice Festival are not working. Sim(s) arrive to the event location and the event timer works but there are no vendors, stalls, decorations or anything for that matter ...
Ideas
Specifically the spice festival doesn't spawn for me, all the others do so far. I think it's an issue with building on that lot, as I tried in another save (with and without mods) where it had the original building and the festival worked fine.
Do you have any businesses ? Restaurants are known to cause this and it could be small business and any others as well.
