[CL] [FR] Landlord after turning residential rental lot into a residential

I sent an save file but it still in "Needs Info" status. i'm leaving the save file here so anyone can see the issue.

The residential lot with a landlord is located in Willow Creek, right in front of the Goths' house. If there's anything i can provide to, let me know cuz i do not want to play some of my regular residential houses like this.

I am also dealing with this problem after changing a lot from residential rental to just residential.
