[CL] Random sims walking through apartment (Patch 1.119.109)

Had this problem too in the Culpepper apartment (the one with the historic+ghostly trait). NPCs keeps walking from the wall of one side of the bedroom to the other. Sometimes they get stuck, start rotating in a loop in the middle of the room, then stop and leave through the main door. My theory is that the boundary of the unit keeps bugging, so the game considers that part of the bedroom, which sticks out from the rest of the building, as part of the street. 

This happened to me in 2 different completely vanilla save files (with mods disabled).
