[CL] Sims reset when autonomously using Karaoke Machine during festival

Not sure if there's a newer thread on this issue, but I have it happening now at a karaoke bar in San Myshuno when there isn't a festival running, but it was while Afterlife Anonymous was running in Ravenwood, and once that ended the NPCs were able to do karaoke.
