The only way the time is out of sync is when you mess with it in MCCC. Revert back to the original setting, then (if you have Seasons DLC) advance the season with the weather machine. Save and exit. Restart game, it will take a few hours for the time to sync again.
I have never changed the time in the game with any mods and I have this problem!!!
The time does not correspond to the actions, for example, a sim can leave for work 2 hours later and this will not be late, or a holiday ends 3 hours later than it should, and there are many such examples!MunchFamily did you ever use any simulation lag fixer or something of that sort ? Like to help with performance ? That can also cause this.
crinrict I installed simulation lag fix AFTER this problem occurred because it persists in a new save that never had mods
