MunchFamily did you ever use any simulation lag fixer or something of that sort ? Like to help with performance ? That can also cause this.
crinrict I installed simulation lag fix AFTER this problem occurred because it persists in a new save that never had mods
MunchFamily Did you close down the game completely between starting that new save and the bugged one ? Some issues carry on to other saves if that's not done.
crinrictI don't keep more than one save in my game, so yes, I completely closed the game, cleared the cache and started a new game
If you rename your user folder and start yet another save for testing, do you have it there too ?
Is your actual computer clock correct (stranger things have happened as the computer clock causing issues)
