It doesn't matter if it's the chicken coop or the cow's shed. Whenever I have a sim clean either of those, they immediately begin to empty every trash can on the lot, even if they have other tasks queued. The only way they don't do that is if the trash cans are empty, and they should probably be doing the things i've told them to do in their queue
