sims go through the action, but only attempt to fertilize one crop, the crop is not fertilized and it does not deplete fertilizer. Regular fertilize crop action works normally.

I'm having the same issue with "fertilize all crops." It doesn't work and the crop fertilization still appears as "depleted."
I'm on Xbox Series X so no mods.
