I'm sure this bug must have been reported before, but I can't find it in the compiled list of reported issues nor through the search bar.
With the simple living lot trait active, you cannot see how much a family serving or a party serving costs for gourmet cooking and candy making (and maybe more recipe lists). If you don't have enough ingredients, you cannot make these servings but you can't see what you're missing. Homestyle cooking on the other hand does show the required ingredients.
