Columns from other Lots can be moved, but not placed

BB ITEM: Columns (I tested an assortment, but not all.)

WHAT HAPPENS: In BB Mode, I can move columns from lots I'm not building on. I have attached a video below for your review.

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN: I should not be allowed to move anything from another lot while in BB Mode.

MISC INFO: Xbox Series X, all packs & pre-order content installed. Version 2.19.4.2310
