Copying category to other outfits not working (Makeup/Accessory)

Been having this problem ever since the latest update in two different save files. The first save was modded in the past but I've had mods disabled since the Blast from the Past event on February 4...

I’m having this issue as well. From what I can tell it’s just he makeup. Rings and nail polish are fine. But it’s anything in the makeup category not applying to all outfits for my sims.
