Customised Phone Background Doesn't Cover Entire Phone With Some Calls

I notice that with all the custom color backgrounds that it doesn't fit the UI properly.

Yes, I just recentlty started to change my Sims phone background and noticed this issue. At first I was using a CC background and thought it may have been the issue, but it occurs with the in-game backgrounds too. It's quite distracting.
