Dead sims are not greyed out in the relationship panel/Family tree

My family tree got bugged too.
Disabling mods didn’t fix it.
Even disabling all expansion packs didn’t help.
Many Sims who should have died of old age are shown in color, with no cause of death displayed. When I click on one of them, no family relationships are shown from their perspective.
