I suspect this bug has something to do with sims who are attracted to a sim that they cannot romance. Instead of excluding them from the picker, it just bugs the entire picker out entirely. I encountered this issue AGAIN with a bisexual sim who was attracted to his lesbian friend. After finding out she was a lesbian, the romance options are greyed out, and suddenly any time she is on the lot I cannot use any interaction that has a sim picker from lovestruck without getting a LE. My workaround for this was to delete this specific relationship and ensure my sims do not know each other's sexuality. of course if he flirts with his friend, the game will let him know she isn't interested because she's a lesbian, causing the problem again.
