PC, no mods/CC, all major packs except AA, and latest game version

my sim is in the freelance art career and she keeps having to buy a new sketchpad every other week or so, with the "broken" one (in quotes because there is no interaction to "fix" it yet it doesn't function fully anymore) selling for $0, like it's become a debug item.
