i have no mods, bought a restaurant, on a new save, opened it and closed it for business, the game doesnt let me open it again after that, and the rating stars dont update on panel after notification...

I’ve done it! I had the carls dine out mod and deleted it and some other mods, thought I’d give it a go and buy another restaurant and it now opens :)
