[DO] [GTW] Business still showing as owned on map after selling

 

XBOX CONSOLE

When you "sell" the business, it pays you but it never goes out of that households possession.  No one else can buy the lot due to this and the sims that sold cannot do any owner actions because they sold it.

    how did you sell them ? Through the business interface or through the map icon ?

    To be sure, they still show in your owned business tab or does it just still show as owned when you want to buy it with another Sim ?

    They no longer show in your owned tab but on the map it still shows the household that sold it, owns it.  So no one else can buy it then.
