[DO] No host or chefs at restaurant (Visit)

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• If you don't, did you never have any or remove them ?
• Did you test multiple restaurants ?
• Did you test multiple saves ?
• Are they stuck outside somewhere or just nowhere around ?
• Does it work if you own the restaurant ?
• How many stations do you have ? Does it make a difference if you add more ?

I don't know how helpful this is, but I noticed restaurants stopped working as soon as the Enchanted by Nature event started.

I have tried working without mods and changing the number of stations in the restaurant to the bare minimum to no avail. I have tried reloading the lot and the staff don't seem stuck, just non-existent. I have not tried owning the restaurant though.

I have had this same issue since the last update. No one is at the restaurants to run them. No staff are there. I have tried taking my mod folder out and even starting a new save file without  any mods. The restaurants have no one there to run it.

I have just encountered this issue in a save that has never seen the use of mods or cc.  It isn't consistent across all restaurants in the same save, however, so I don't have any idea what triggers it in one but not others.  

I'm having the same issue, with or without mods, vanilla save. A bunch of sims show up, some even in the outfits the restaurant staff should be wearing, but they are not registered as staff and just sit and talk to eachother.

I just started having this same issue. There are no workers at the restaurant and when I go to a bar there is no bartender. Also, there are no npcs at the places either. 

When traveilling to restaurants which are not owned, no staff show up. 
There are no host, waiters or cook, meaning the sims can not be seated and can not order anything. 

It happens on PC with Windows 11.
