[DO] No host or chefs at restaurant (Visit)

So it seems this will NOT! be fixed in the update! how wonderful! we still have a pack we paid for that does not work! Great thank you EA! I can not see what more info you need on this!

xAutumnAngelx sorry to hear that i did try it on a few of mine and it solved it hopefully they will fix it soon

mumofharry​ I wish this was the case for me but sadly it is not I have tried this many times and still have no staff😞 I play on xbox next gen

So i found that if you save the restaurant to your library then bulldoze it and replace it the staff will then turn up

I went to a restaurant and the host just went away after I tried to get a table, leaving my sim waiting indefinitely for a table that never came

Playing on ps5 recently encountered this problem its not all restaurants some work as normal others have not staff if i click on a table it just says set table with

EA_Solaire​ I have now noticed that if I start at the lot for the whole day the staff sometimes show up which is insane but a little more information for you to help me on this matter.

EA_Solaire​ I hope you can answer me soon on this as I am at a loss now!  I saw on another thread  [XB/PS] Can't rotate in Build Mode | EA Forums - 12496458 here that you said....  For Xbox players, there's currently not a way for you to share your saves with us, but please continue to report any issues you experience in this thread. 

So as you know I can not send you any saves  to help me in this matter, I am still here having this issue no staff at all!!  This seems to me so unfair as I paid for this pack and it's not working plus its a really big part of my game play.  I hope you can help me work out why this is happening.

CrispySims619​ yeah I know and sadly I can not! I posted below with the photo explaining that when I try to do this it says something went wrong. I have private message EA_Solaire​ and explained this asking what else I could do. Other than send photos to show, it is not easy to send files from xbox sadly😔
