Doctor Career Bugged - Patient Food Delivery, Ask About Day and Treatment

Multiple required interactions in the Doctor career are not functioning correctly. Specifically:
- "Deliver Food" interaction does not get executed by Sim on patients sitting on hospital beds.
- "Ask About Day" interaction does not appear when interacting with coworkers.
- "Give Shot" interaction does not execute.
These missing interactions prevent completion of career tasks and negatively impact work performance. Issue persists after full folder reset and game repair. Bugs occur consistently across multiple games and work shift.
