Droopy Drapes is floating from the wall / missing a part of its mesh

curtainMIS2x1x4_01 from the base game is actually floating when placed on a wall.

When looking at the textures, each swatch of the curtain has this big wooden section that is nowhere to be seen in-game.

I'm assuming that the curtain was designed to have a wooden frame around it, but the actual mesh in game does not have it and now the curtain is just floating away from the wall.
