[DU] Bad university grades regardless of performance

I'm not sure when this started happening, but I sent a sim to college pre enchanted nature update and now post, and both times at the end of the term, they will be failing at least one class and be put on probation regardless of school performance. I was playing with mods pre-update, and now without, either way I have the issue. I sign my sims up for four classes at a time to get university out of the way asap. With the first sim, When I was put on probation, I thought it was a fluke even though I had done all the because I missed homework once or twice, but still submitted and presented the projects and studied for the exams, then she eventually graduated.

The sim I'm playing with currently missed no homework, did all the work, and studied for the exams all while usually under the effect of a charged simanite crystal. She was put on probation last term for failing one class with a D. This term, I signed up for four again, made sure all of the work and studying was completed, especially with my little crystals, and she failed two classes with F's meaning I have to wait until I can retake those to classes so hopefully she can graduate.

With both sims, they were going to university from home. Once or twice I had an issue where playing a sim in the household who was off lot would result in the sim that was already at class, skipping it. The post-class notifications don't seem to be taking account for the work the sims does at home because it's almost always "[sim] did enough work to squeeze a decent grade out of the class, but she noticed other students learning more proactively." Nothing I do to prepare (or not) for class changes this notification. The only time I got A's on the report card were for when a sim had to take makeups and their workload was only one or two classes. In those situations, the notification was still 'decent grade" and I never got the "passed with flying colors" or "studying confidently" moodlets at exam time.

Seasons, also seems to be messing up the term dates. If I'm not careful about when I enroll, the sim may only have to go to two of four classes because a holiday could fall right before a weekend and then it says I don't have class for 5 days, but the sim goes anyway?

  • Same problem, an A+ average sim learning at home suddenly began getting F grades in the past few days. He missed no classes, did all the work. It first put him on probation, now he’s suspended. He is maxed out in the related skills. Did someone mistakenly code this to be improvement-dependent? If this bug is not fixed soon, it will completely nix the value of this expansion pack.

  • Having the same problems on PS4, on top of Britechester commons cafeteria not working as well as organization events not occurring when it is suppose to. I wanted to make my sim go to college but what is the point if the pack is basically useless with these bugs?

No mods wherever installed. I put in the work and did 2 class presentations while working through the grief of the Sims mother dying. Not all the homework was finished but I made it to every class on time. This is the second semester of F's. Tho last time it was only one class and now......

  • This happened to me as well. Graduated high school early enrolled in University with a distinguished degree first term was fine, second suddenly on probation. Like another player said, this bug is making the University pack pretty pointless. Looks like I might have to use a cheat to get the degree since my Sim did put in the hard work to earn it.

This is honestly driving me crazy as the University pack is my favourite. With this bug it makes it pretty unplayable.
