When I put a utili-bot on the robotics workstation, I don't have the option to enhance or ameliorate the bot. I don't understand why and I would like to fix that.

Whenever my sim attempts to enhance his level 3 cleaner-bot (level 10 robotics skill) he cannot and they can't complete action (or whatever it's called) thought bubble appears and there's no way to enhance it, haven't seen anybody else talk about it. Tuning up doesn't work either but creating a servo or another utili-bot does work. If anyone has anyway to fix this, please let me know. Thanks!
