[EBN] Accessories Don't Transfer Between Forms

I haven't seen this specific issue mentioned yet. But Accessories applied in Fairy Form or Sim Form, don't copy over, despite everything being set to link.

Specifically what I notice the most, is fingernails not linking, or if they do link in CAS. They'll disappear from one of the forms, and you gotta go back in and apply them to that form.
