Hi,
Every now and then, approximatively 1 to 3 times a sim-day, my sim stops everything to throw up. No specific moodlet, no sickness, just run to vomit like it was nothing ...
No mods, new add on installed and quite a outdoorsy life style even if eating cooked meal and sleeping in bead for a sim week didn't change nothing.

Does you Sim have an ailment? It's a side effect for some (or maybe all) ailment.
Did yes, but not anymore and the vomiting does not really stops.
Just ha a peak at 3 vomits in a row without it.Hmm, my Sim has been throwing up, but he still has an ailment. Let's see whether it stops after the three days...
