I believe this is the same issue as black Sims/Pets. The wings have lost it's color.
Can you try the following
- Take your Sim to CAS with Change Sim on the mirror
- Choose paint mode on the fairy. You will now see color.
- Use the eyedropper tool to pic any color the Sim is using in it's wing
- Place a small dot into the area with the same color
- Go out of paint mode
- This should restore your Sim.
