[EBN] Headband not recognised in CAS

Whilst dressing my Sim, I put the headband on, then went about dressing her.

I went back to Headbands after deciding I want to apply it to all outfits, however I got this error:

I beg to differ!

Even reapplying the headband from here does not illuminate the option to apply it to all outfits.
