I'm having an issue where my Sim cannot get promoted to rank 10, whether she's working from home or going to work. Instead of a promotion, she gets a raise. Currently at Lifestyle Coach (9) and Certified Lifestyle Coach +14. I've used cheats and mods, but still no rank 10, only additional raises even with all promotion and daily tasks completed.
