[EBN] Sometimes Can't Bottle Emotions, Sometimes Get The Wrong Emotion

As you can see here, Octavia is clearly angry yet I cannot bottle her angry emotion. Also, sometimes a sim will present as having one emotion and yet I'll get a completely different emotion.  Appears to be a rare occurrence and usually getting emotions is quite easy. 

This is using the Emotion Stone and not Fairy Powers. As I haven't played as a fairy yet, I don't know if the same thing occurs with the fairy power that does the same thing.

    This might be due to the Sim's emotion being too strong? I have a fairy who has both the power and an emotion stone, and I see this sometimes on Sims (ghosts, usually, who are color-coded) and can't bottle it (with either the power or the stone), but can absorb. When I detect emotions these Sims have an exclamation point next to their emotion icon, and the tooltip for bottle emotion is more helpful (it explicitly states that the emotion is too strong to bottle).
