[ECO] Enthuse about fabrication unlocks recipes that are already unlocked

The 'enthuse about fabrication' interaction may give you two notifications at the same time: that your sim didn't get any inspiration and that your sim unlocked a new recipe. But this recipe has already been unlocked.

If your sim would actually unlock a new recipe, the notification about not getting any inspiration wouldn't be there.
