[ECO] Evolve plants milestone do not count vertical garden (Patch 1.110.265)

The "Ok Bloomer Vertical Gardens" from the eco pack. When you have a plant on one and you "evolve" it... first, the sim has to walk over to it and do an interaction, whereas with normal plants on the ground it just happens without the sim going over there. 

But then they don't count for the "Freelance Botanist" aspiration marker "Evolve 5 Different Plants." I've evolved like 6 of them and the counter hasn't gone up. But it DID go up for a tree planted into the ground. 

I don't have any mods. I play on PC and I launch from the EA app.
