I play on Xbox and I've recently started using the fizzing machine to create various unusual fizzy drinks. It worked before the update but now it only shows "Make Heirloom" and won't let me collect the Fizz I've already made or add new ingredients. I've tried 2 different households that contain the item and they're both not working.

i am having the same issue I also have growing together. In the first save i tried it on i was able to collect a few before the item bugged, I deleted and repurchased it. worked once and then got stuck at collection ready again. New save tried again and it never let me collect from the juice fizzer. When I click on it the only thing that happens is a bubble that says "collection: ready"
Yeah, having the same issue myself. Left the lot then when i returned unable to use it.
Edit: selling then repurchasing does appear to fix it. (for now)
I would say this isn't it. The second save I used to see if it was a problem with the save I was in the sims are trapped on the lot. There is no leaving the cult. This is also the save that even after purchasing a new fizzing station it was still broke.

If the new Fizz isn't collected in 1-2 days, the fizzing station is unusable. The only option is to "make heirloom." This has been an issue for years, across multiple devices and saves, to the point where I barely use it because it has to be replaced multiple times. I understand there are. multiple tickets, but I have not seen this particular issue posted. No mods or CC have ever been used.
I have the same problem, it says the patch fixed it but i have the newest patch as to this day (03.07.2025) installed and it's still not working. Either it was not fixed or some of the new patches broke it again.
I play on PC and encountered the same problem, the fizzer allows me to put ingredients in, then it's labeled ready but i cannot interact with it. Selling it and buying the new one doesn't fix the problem. I have the newest patch installed.
I tried juicing strawberries, but when it's done you can't do anything with it any more accept ''clean'' it. I don't use mods or stuff like that, and it happened after the resent update. So maybe you wanna check that and fix it?
I am also having this problem. When I put a new fizzing station in, it will work properly up to 3 times, then it stops working. I can only "sabotage" or "make heirloom," and the station says it's "ready to collect" but nothing is there and I can't do anything. I remember EA_Cade saying that this was fixed and working properly a a couple updates ago, but I just got around to trying it again this time and it is still not fixed.

I can't use the machine at all. When I first get the machine, it has all the options. Then as soon as I load the ingredients, all I have left is retrieve ingredients. I never get the option to start fizzing. I've tried resetting, repairing my game, replacing the fizzer. Nothing works so it is completely unusable for me. No mods or CC.
